St. Augustine, FL – Southern Wesleyan finished in 13th place at the 2019 Spring Kick-Off Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday. The Warriors shot +65 which was better than six other schools in the tournament.

How It Happened
Sophomore Eric Shea led the way for the Warriors on all three rounds of the Spring Kick-Off Intercollegiate. Shea shot 75, 77, and 74 to give him a total round score of 226 and put him in a tie for 17th place. Junior Ty Campbell and Sophomore Zach Huebner tied for second on the team by both shooting +18 through three rounds for total round scores of 234 and put them in a tie for 46th place.
Sophomore Seve Anfindsen shot +21 through three rounds and that was fourth on the team. Anfindsen finished with a total round score of 237 to put him in a tie for 60th place. He was followed by Thomas Nielsen. Nielsen finished in a tie for 92nd place with a total round score of 247.
The Warriors' next tournament is on February 25th and 26th at the Battle at Hilton Head in Hilton Head, SC. They will then compete in the Southern Tide Invitational hosted by the Limestone Saints on March 4 and 5th.
