Southern Wesleyan Sitting in Seventh after First Day of Southern Tide Invitational

Greenville, SC – Southern Wesleyan is sitting in seventh place after the first two rounds of play in the Southern Tide Invitational.

How It Happened

Eric Shea and Ty Campbell led the Warriors in the first two round of play.  Both Shea and Campbell shot even in par and with total round scores of 142 to put them in a tie for 15th.  Shea posted a 69 and 73 in the first two rounds of the day, and Campbell shot 71 in both first and second round of play.

Sitting in a tie for 23rd, Noah Mullens shot two over par in the first two rounds.  His scores of 75 and 69 gave him a total round score of 144.  Mullens was followed by Dominic Ramsey.  Ramsey finished with a tie for 39th place with round scores of 77 and 70 to give him a 147 total round score.  Finishing up in a tie for 64th place with round scores of 80 and 75, Zach Huebner wrapped up the field for the Warriors with a 155 total round score.

 

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will conclude the Southern Tide Invitational on March 5.  They will then take part in the North Greenville Invitational on March 18-19.
