Men's Golf Places Eighth In Tennessee River Rumble Intercollegiate

Loudon, TN - Southern Wesleyan took eighth place in the Tennessee River Rumble Intercollegiate after Monday and Tuesday. The Warriors shot +24 and posted a team score of 600.

How It Happened

Eric Shea led the way for the Warriors in a tie for 10th place at the Tennessee River Rumble Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday. Shea shot 73 in round one and 72 in round two for a total of 145. Thomas Nielson followed in a tie for 21st place. Nielson shot 78 in the first round and 70 in round two for a total of 148. 

In a tie for 26th place, Noah Mullens had an eagle in round two while shooting a 149 overall. He shot 76 in round one and 73 in round two. Severin Anfindsen and Zach Huebner followed in a tie for 85th place. Anfindsen shot 79 in the first round and 80 in the second round for a total of 159. Huebner shot 78 in round one and 81 in round two for a total score of 159.

Southern Wesleyan will take part in the Conference Carolinas Championship Tournament on April 14-16 in Snow Hill, NC.
