How It Happened
Senior Claire Page led the Warriors in the Anderson Invitational on Monday and Tuesday. The senior from Easley, South Carolina shot an 81 in the first round and then an 82 in the second round to give her a total round score of 163 and give her an 18th place finish. Page was Emily Anderson with round scores of 84 and 81 to give her a 165. Her 165 total round score put her in a tie for 21st place.
Freshman Kaylia McIntyre finished in a tie for 36th place after a first round score of 91 and second round score of 84. She ended with a total round score of 175. McIntyre was followed by Tatiana Tait in 38th place with round scores of 92 and 87 to give her a 179. Jesse Dalton wrapped up the field in a tie for 39th place with round scores of 97 and 84 to give her a total round of 181.
The Warriors will next compete in the King Invitational on September 24 and 25 in Bristol, Tennessee.
