Warriors Finish in Fourth in Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational

Travelers Rest, SC – Southern Wesleyan finished in fourth place after the final round of play in the Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational hosted by North Greenville University.

How It Happened

The Warriors were led by Claire Page in third place in the Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational.  Page shot an 82 in the first round and a 78 in the second to give her a total round score of 160.  She was followed by Emily Floyd in 10th place.  Floyd shot an 80 and 88 to give her a total round score of 168.

Sitting in a tie for 20th place, Jesse Dalton was the third Warrior to finish in the Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational.  Dalton shot an 88 and 89 for a 177 total round score.  She was followed by Kaylia McIntyre in 25th place with a total round score of 180.  McIntyre shot an 88 and 92 in both rounds of play.  Madelyn Edwards shot a 102 and 92 in both rounds for a total round score of 194 to put her in 30th place.

 

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will next participate in the Conference Carolinas Championship Tournament on April 7-9 to conclude their 2018-19 campaign.
