Charlotte, NC – Southern Wesleyan took 26th in the Royals XC Challenge in a diverse field.

How It Happened

Southern Wesleyan took 26 out of 45 teams in a tough field on Saturday evening.  Maggie Rice led the Warriors finishing in 139th with a time of 19:36.  Rice was closely followed by Madison Lewellen with a time of 19:38 to put her in 141st place.

Kyra Hood came in 197th place with a time of 20:16 with Hayley Singletary right on her heals in 222nd place with a time of 20:39.  Taking 228th place, Hanan Balawi finished with a time of 20:45.

Sarah Reeves and Taylor Broadwell took the last two spots in the team position.  Reeves finished in 285th with a time of 21:50 while Broadwell took 291st with a time of 21:59.


What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will next compete in the Bob Jones Invite on October 27.  They will then travel to Mount Olive, NC to take on the Conference Carolinas Championship on November 3.
